Everyone knows it: the morning the cleaning helper arrives is often a race against the clock. Between breakfast, getting the kids ready and your own departure for work, sometimes something gets left behind. A few toys lying around, the mail on the dining table or yesterday’s clothes in the bathroom.
At L&S Housekeeping, we only want one thing: for you to come home to a home that is fresh and clean from top to bottom. But did you know that you yourself play a crucial role in that?
The stopwatch is running
Our cleaning helpers will enthusiastically come to your place to scrub, mop and dust. However, the time they spend with you is limited. When a cleaning helper spends 20 minutes first sorting out things lying around or clearing surfaces, that time unfortunately takes away from the real cleaning work.
The result? Help needs to get through spaces faster, so that extra attention to the baseboards or the inside of the windows is sometimes compromised. And we (and you too!) think that’s a shame.
Win-win: The “5-minute cleanup round”
The secret to a perfectly polished house is in the free surfaces. The less stuff there is on the floor or cabinets, the more thoroughly our staff can do their job.
Here are three golden tips for optimal results:
- Clear floors: Try putting toys, shoes or loose bags aside for a moment. That way the vacuum and mop can reach everything effortlessly.
- Empty countertops & tables: An empty countertop means our help can start degreasing and shining right away, instead of stacking dishes first.
- The laundry basket: Are there any clothes left in the bathroom? If they are in the basket, the cleaning helper can immediately tackle the floor and faucets.
Your happiness is our goal
Our cleaning assistants do their work with pride. They get immense satisfaction from a bathroom that shines like a mirror and a floor that is streak-free clean. By making a little “room” beforehand, you give them the chance to really excel at their craft.
So when you come home, you can enjoy the maximum quality that L&S Housekeeping stands for. A tidy house and a spotless result: that’s really coming home!
Together we go for a radiant home. See you soon!
