How do I order service vouchers?
To do this, you use electronic service vouchers: one voucher per full hour worked. You can order 500 service vouchers per calendar year, the 400 first at the price of €10 and the 100 last at the price of €11. These are advantageous prices for domestic work.
Some people are entitled to 2,000 cheques per year:
- Single-parent families with dependent children
- People with disabilities
- Parents of minor children with disabilities
You can order your service vouchers in several ways:
Ordering by bank transfer
You will need this info in advance to order service vouchers:
- Amount of payment: this must be a multiple of €10 or of €11 (the price of one service voucher). For example, to order 1 service voucher of € 10 (1 hour of cleaning help), you must transfer € 10.
- Structured notice: only include your user number (12 digits you received when you registered).
- Bank account number: transfer the amount to Pluxee’s bank account number (BE41 0017 7246 2610).

Ordering through My Citizen Profile
You can order your service vouchers at any time through My Citizen Profile (after logging in).
Indicate the number of vouchers you want to order and you can choose how to pay: via My Citizen Profile or via bank transfer (then in My Citizen Profile you will receive all the info you need for your payment).

Refusal of payment and errors
Your payment will be declined if:
- The minimum amount required for an order is not respected (minimum 1 service voucher).
- Your annual limit is reached (500 service vouchers).
- If the amount of your order is not a multiple of €10 or of €11, the order will be fulfilled and you will be automatically refunded the excess.
For example: if you transferred € 207, the excess € 7 will be refunded. Your order will then be for €200, equivalent to 20 service vouchers.
Delivery time
Once you have ordered your service vouchers in My Citizen Profile, and paid for them online, the service vouchers are immediately available. This is also the case if you ordered your service vouchers through a banking app. If you paid for your vouchers by bank transfer,
Tip
Do not order too many service vouchers at once to avoid expiration.
